New sweetpea challenge blog and blogcandy/giveaway

Kym - one of the DT members of sweetpea stamps has taken the initiative to open a new challenge blog for sweetpea stamp lovers. The new challenge blog is called in a sweet pea dreamand will run on a bi-weekly basis starting on september 15:th. Isn't the name wonderful? I think it captures the sweetpea stamps so well!

AND - there are prizes to be won for the first 100 followers:

Docrafts creativity wanted

I'm looking for back- and new issues of the docrafts creativity magazine - the more the better. If someone wants to sell me your collection or know where I can get them (as docrafts own shop doesn't ship internationally) let me know! I have found a couple of shops here and there, but they either only have 2-3 issues or take way too much than I'm willing to pay for them. I looked on ebay too, but there aren't many there either. Any tips would help as I have read a couple of them and think they are brilliant!

If you're interested we could make a swap where I get you hÄnglar stamps for example.

Be the world to one person

Woohoo, I'm back! I'm so happy to be showing you today's card. I'm also very happy because I'm getting some of my strength and mojo back. I will post at least one sweetpea project/week on my blog to fulfill my DT commitment, but I'm hoping to extend it to one sweetpea and one other as I have many stamps that haven't even seen ink yet. Poor things.

I'm also planning for a candy as my blogoversary is this month, I'm launching a new blog called crafter's guide and hopefully will put up a bunch of things in my etsy shop. Phew, so much to do...

Today's card is a distressed one - one of the things I'd like to be better at. I used spring spread from sheet 13 plate 42. The text is also a sweetpea stamp from sheet 7 plate 29.
All of the papers are from Basic Grey, but I'm not sure about the name of the lines. One of them in blush, but the background with small flowers and the beige one are from one line I can't remember the name of.
